In November 2018, Rob Anderson, from CENEX consulting, visited Havana’s technological university, CUJAE, to present a draft report on ‘Technology Foresighting’. This draft report, based on desk research and international experience, set out the broad technology options for future investment in low carbon transport in Havana.
The November 2018 draft report was based on desk research. Following insights gained and discussions held during that trip with Cuban specialists (from CUJAE and Havana’s transport authority) and UK academics (including Professors Nick Tyler and Julio Davila from UCL), a final version of the Technology Foresighting report was completed in Marcy 2019.
